Response Time Details:
"Response" means we'll begin assessing the issue within 8 business hours and provide an estimated timeline for resolution based on the complexity of the problem.
While many issues can be resolved quickly, some may require more extensive troubleshooting or coordination with third-party services.
Priority Maintenance
The Priority Maintenance plan is designed for businesses that rely heavily on their automations and need rapid response when issues occur.
With 2-hour response during business hours and 4-hour response during evenings and weekends, your critical workflows receive the attention they deserve.
Extended Hours Coverage:
Weekend and evening support covers Saturday-Sunday, 10am-4pm and Monday-Friday, 5pm-9pm CET.
Quarterly Optimization:
Every three months, we'll conduct a thorough review of your automation ecosystem, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements, error prevention, and cost reduction.
