- Automation Quick Assessment: Targeted review and optimization of specific workflows to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
Additional services may be provided as agreed upon in a specific service agreement or statement of work.
Service Engagement Process
Initial Consultation
- Before beginning any work, we'll discuss your needs and the scope of services required
- We'll provide information about our approach, timeline, and pricing
- We may request preliminary information about your systems to assess the project scope
Service Agreement
- For all projects, we will establish a clear agreement outlining:
- Scope of work
- Deliverables
- Timeline
- Pricing and payment terms
- Access requirements
- Any specific terms unique to your project
Service Delivery
- We will perform services as outlined in our agreement
- We may request additional information as needed during the project

Your Responsibilities

- Furnish Accurate Information: Provide complete and accurate information about your systems, workflows, and requirements.
- Review and Feedback: Review deliverables and provide timely feedback when requested.
- Designate Contact Person: Identify a primary contact person with authority to make decisions regarding the services.
- Timely Communication: Respond to questions and requests for information within a reasonable timeframe.
- Appropriate Authorization: Ensure you have proper authorization to grant us access to all systems involved in the workflow investigation.
Our Responsibilities
When providing services, we commit to:

Intellectual Property

- You retain all rights to your pre-existing workflows, business processes, and proprietary information
- Information you share with us remains your property
- Data within your systems remains your property
Our Intellectual Property
- We retain rights to our pre-existing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Documentation formats, templates, and frameworks we've developed remain our property
- We may use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during our engagement in future work
Project Deliverables
- You will own the specific deliverables created for your project (workflow maps, documentation, etc.)
- We grant you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use any of our proprietary frameworks or templates included in your deliverables
Confidentiality
We understand the sensitive nature of accessing your business systems and commit to:
- Keeping all information about your business and systems confidential
- Not disclosing your information to third parties without permission
- Taking reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your information
- Using your information only for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services

Service Limitations
Our services are subject to certain limitations:
- We do not guarantee that we will identify every issue or optimization opportunity within your workflows
- Our recommendations are based on professional judgment but ultimate implementation decisions remain yours
- We cannot guarantee specific business outcomes from implementing our recommendations
- We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services (Make, Zapier, etc.)
- We cannot provide legal or compliance advice regarding your business processes
Pricing and Payment
Pricing Structure
- Fees for services will be clearly outlined before work begins
- Different service packages have different pricing as indicated on our website or in your custom proposal
- Additional services beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees
Payment Terms
- Payment schedules will be specified in our service agreement
- For projects over €5,000, we typically require a deposit before work begins
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and major credit cards
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Term and Termination
Project-Based Services
- Services will be performed according to the timeline in our agreement
- The agreement terminates when deliverables are completed and accepted
Subscription-Based Services
- Maintenance services continue until terminated by either party
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
- You remain responsible for payment for services rendered before termination
Immediate Termination
- Either party may terminate immediately if the other party materially breaches these Terms
- We reserve the right to terminate if you fail to provide necessary access or information
- We may terminate services if continuing would require us to violate legal or ethical standards
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services during the 6 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages
- We are not responsible for issues caused by your failure to implement recommendations correctly
- We are not liable for failures of third-party services that your workflows depend on
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your use of third-party services
- Content or data you provide
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms by:
- Posting updated Terms on our website
- Notifying you via email for significant changes
- Providing at least 14 days' notice before changes take effect
Your continued use of our services after changes indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes will be resolved through:
